Intentiv enables you to scale and monetize your expert knowledge via both AI and personal engagement. We are hyper-focused on preserving your control over your expertise, how it is used, and how you are compensated for it.
Your expert agent knowledge is your IP. It will not be used for any kind of AI model training or any other use beyond this platform.
You stay in the loop. Intentiv expert agents are designed to scale your expertise and free up your time, but they adhere closely to your oversight. All consults by your agents will be sent to you for review. You can expand and clarify guidance to the user as well as modify your agent's approach to future consultations.
Start at Step 10, not Step 1. Intentiv enables you to give advice more efficiently by having your expert agents handle the low-hanging fruit questions and go over basic strategies. You spend your time in the high-value discussions that most benefit you and your clients.
Each expert on the Intentiv platform may have one to many agents. An Intentiv agent is designed to have a very focused consulting objective. For example, an academic researcher in biomedical informatics may have agents ranging from "health data architecture design" to "health IT startup advice" to "university promotion and tenure strategies".
These agents are not intended to be your AI replica or clone. Rather they are focused sources of advice that incorporate your approach to specific topics.
To create a profile on Intentiv, you must have a LinkedIn account. You will authenticate through LinkedIn and can build your profile leveraging existing information on LinkedIn. Users seeking advice can review your Intentiv profile as well as public LinkedIn information before proceeding with an expert agent consultation.
You are able to create expert agents from your dashboard. You can manually select a category or enter a free text description of what you would like to consult on and the platform will suggest possible categories. It is recommended to keep the topic reasonably focused (e.g., series A fundraising or VC term sheet evaluation versus startups).
The platform will then ask a series of questions to gather your perspectives and approach to expert guidance on the topic. This process may take 15-20 minutes depending on the topic. Remember that all information provided is your IP alone, encrypted, and not accessible or used by us or other users beyond what is discussed in their consultation.
A consultation will enable a user to have a single session up to 20 minutes or 100K tokens interacting with one or more of your expert agents. For example, they may wish to receive guidance on both "series A fundraising" and "strategies for hiring a CFO" so they select both areas.
When multiple agents are selected, the cost of the session will be the highest of the selected agents. When a consultation session is complete, the user may opt to extend to a new session or send a request for direct consultation with you at traditional consulting rates.
Expert agents are typically priced $10-$100 per session. Pricing should correlate with the uniqueness of your background, credentials, and area of expertise. For those with existing consulting practices, we generally recommend pricing at approximately 15-20% of your hourly rate.
Your dashboard will provide you details on consultations and how much has been accrued in your account. Intentiv takes 15% commission fee for expert agent consultations and 5% for direct consultations arranged via the Intentiv platform.
When you are ready to receive payment for the first time, a Stripe Connect authorization form will manage your bank details. Once authorized, payments can be set to occur automatically after each consultation or on a monthly basis.
Yes, if you have an existing consulting network or home page for setting up consulting arrangements, simply add that URL when specifying how you would like to set up follow-up consulting. If you do not have an existing consulting practice, you can arrange video consulations and payment via the Intentiv platform.
